Shadecloth

Printed Shadecloth is the most economical way to advertise on fencing or scaffolding.

The print does not show up as well on shade cloth because of the larger holes in the weaving, for best results when printing shadecloth we reccomend a white background with your logo repeated every metre or two, for more detailed wording and images PVC mesh is recomended.

A standard roll of shadecloth is 50 x 1.83m and is 170GSM.

The shadecloth can be attached to a structure with the button hole eyelets that are on each edge of the material.

The edges on shadecloth are not reinforced like some of our other products but offer a cheaper alternitave to the PVC mesh.

The rolls are digitally printed CMYK so you can have as many colours as you like.

PVC Mesh

Printed PVC mesh is the recomended option when all over colour print is required.

High detail images and wording can be produced on the PVC mesh because of the smaller holes in the weave and also being specificlty developed for digital printing.

The edges are reinforced by welding strips of 440gsm banner material to the mesh then eyelets are punched every 500mm and 1000mm to the top and bottom edges respectively.

The PVC fence mesh comes in standard sizes of:

1.6 x 50m

1.8 x 50m

2.5 x 50m

3 x 50m

5 x 50m

There are three grades of mesh now available:

• High wind mesh with larger holes in the weave

• Standard mesh

• Short term mesh for 1-2 day events

Fence Wrap Mesh Banners are generally used as a temporary advertising option.

Mesh Banners provide great advertising exposure where extensive silt fencing and scaffold mesh is required.

The open weave allows the wind flow through, relieving wind stress on the fence.

The difference between the Shadecloth & PVC Mesh is, the shadecloth material has a more open weave and does not produce as sharp an image as the PVC Mesh.

Shadecloth is generally recommended when a logo is repeated over the length of the banner on a white backgound.

The PVC Mesh is recommended when more detailed artwork and wording is required on the signage.

Both give good air flow and enough material to allow for legibilty.

The PVC mesh banners are fitted with stainless steel eyelets 500mm apart along the top edge and 1000mm apart along the bottom edge.

The Shadecloth being the economy style has a folded edge with button holes only for attachment to fencing.

Both can be cut down to any size required.
